Who Are We?
We are a group of real estate investors that are passionate about providing homes and opportunities to the local community. When we started NC Owner Finance Homes, we identified there was a large and growing need for housing as well as a segment of consumers that wanted to be homeowners, but couldn’t qualify for traditional bank financing. Hence, NC Owner Finance Homes was born! Our team has combined real estate experience of over 50 years and are here to serve you.
Michael Agins
Michael has over 20 years experience in the real estate business and a wealth of knowledge on how to provide a high quality real estate experience to his customers. He has been involved with many parts of Real Estate, including new construction & development, private lending, & residential remodeling. Michael is also a licensed Broker & General Contractor.
Adam Schneider
Adam is based in North Carolina, and has been actively investing in real estate in NC for over a decade. He owns two "HomeVestors, the We Buy Ugly Houses" franchises, operates a private hard money lending business, and is a licensed real estate professional.
Peter & Cindy Veit
Peter & Cindy started buying homes in 2004. They have bought over 200 homes. Cindy bought a HomeVestors (“We Buy Ugly Houses”) franchise in 2018. Their primary focus is buying homes from distressed homeowners and selling them on owner financing.
